This is a review for Essential Nutrition brand Collagen Skin - Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides for Women, Protein Powder with Hyaluronic Acid - Collagen for Skin, Hair & Nails - Neutral Flavor - 11.9oz - 30 Servings. At time of review the 30 day supply equals about $1.65 per serving. I've been using this powder for about a week, these are my observations. I take a collagen powder daily in my coffee, it is my criteria that the powder disolve, not have ANY flavor and even better no added smell to my coffee. It's a strong drink, that shouldn't be too hard. I paused my normal collagen to take this powder. It does live up to my standards, disolves easily, no taste and no smell as a bonus. I cannt speak to long term use but the added hyaluronic and biotin are bonuses per the beauty industry will be good for skin health as well. The only gripe I might have is the measuring cup, it's unusual in that it has a line that is below the top of the cup for the serving size. I'm used to a dose being just to fill the cup. I do appreciate that I don't spill this one since it's below the line but it's just a little more work to get the right dosing (fill, then shake shake until it hits the line right). Not a huge deal so I did not take off a star, just unusual.

enjoyed this protein/collagen/hydration powder. I love that it has extras including vitamins and more! It makes it easy to get so many health benefits in 1 quick shake in the morning each day. I add 1 scoop of powder to my shaker bottle and add about 20 - 22 oz of water. Even after I shake it up really well, the drink can be a little clumpy with a layer of foam on the top, but it tastes fine and the texture doesn't bother me. The powder blends best in a smoothie or it tastes pretty good in a glass of iced tea. It has a mild cranberry flavor to it that pairs well with other fruity flavors or the flavor of tea. I typically just have it in plain water, however, as that is quick and easy for me.

I love that this powder is loaded with super foods and other healthy nutrients, but it is a little pricey for me to afford every month. Each shake costs about $1.73 so you definitely have to check your budget before you commit to this collagen powder. I like the taste and I feel that it is providing good health benefits, but I am not sure it fits in my budget at this time.
