Job Title: Live-In Caregiver
Location: Roslyn, NY
Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday)
Compensation: $350/day

A family in Roslyn, NY is seeking a compassionate and patient live-in caregiver to assist in the care of their 89-year-old mother, who resides with one of her daughters. The ideal candidate will work closely with the daughter, providing support in caring for the elderly mother and ensuring her comfort and well-being. This position offers long-term stability, with the expectation that the caregiver will continue to provide support for the daughter (aged 65) after the mother's passing.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance for the elderly mother.

Help with medication reminders and ensuring the elderly mother follows her prescribed care plan.

Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.

Assist the daughter in caregiving duties and household tasks.

Prepare healthy meals for both the mother and daughter, including adhering to any specific dietary needs.

Drive to appointments, errands, or other necessary outings for both the mother and daughter.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for both mother and daughter.

Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience, particularly with elderly individuals, is required.

Driver's License

Ability to undergo a background check
