Zinc and selenium to enhance immune function.

Iron-rich foods (heme and non-heme sources) to boost hemoglobin production.
Folate and vitamin B12 for red blood cell production.
Vitamin C to enhance iron absorption.
🌡️ For Pneumonia:
Anti-inflammatory foods to reduce lung inflammation.
Hydrating fluids and electrolyte-rich foods to prevent dehydration.
Omega-3 fatty acids to support lung function.
It is recommended for tuberculosis, anemia and pneumonia.
The following products can be included in the menu : cereals and pasta,
yogurt, vegetable oil and butter, milk, curd, fermented baked milk, vegetables, eggs,
baked cakes, biscuits, rye bread, beans, honey, jam.
The following products are prohibited:
fats;
pastry cream;
fat and spicy sauces.
